Pesto Chickpea Salad

This chickpea salad takes less than 15 minutes to make and is SO delicious.

Pesto Chickpea Salad (Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
  • 10 ounces cherry tomatoes halved or quartered
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls quartered

Instructions

  • 1.  Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine.


  • 2. Serve and enjoy!
